A. Clark’s Involvement in The Local Community
Since 1953, A. Clark Roofing & Siding has been operating as a local business in the Calgary province. So, naturally community involvement and giving back to the people who live in this beautiful part of the world, is extremely important to our local business. From charity events to the sponsorship of local organizations, we’re extremely committed to assisting the local community where we can, and to giving back to the Calgary community in any way.
Why The Local Community Is Important To Us
All of our A. Clark Roofing & Siding team live and work locally in the Calgary province, so our local community is extremely important to each and every employee. Our team members volunteer their own time to help make our local community a better place for everyone to both live and work in. We all understand and appreciate how even the slightest amount of time or money can make a significant, impactful difference to those in need. From volunteering our own personal time, to assisting with raising funds, A. Clark cares about the local Calgary community and provides ongoing support to help make a difference.

Our Recent Community Involvement With Hope Mission
On May 26th 2018, several of our Calgary staff members volunteered for the not-for-profit social care agency, Hope Mission. Our team could not be more proud to have worked with a group who have been making such an impactful difference in our province.
Hope Mission, was founded back in 1929, and has since expanded to serve the local communities of Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, and Wetaskiwin, providing important services in all four areas for people, children and families, all in need.
In Calgary, Hope Mission works out of a hub in the Forest Lawn area, providing community meals and hot school lunches for a number of schools, as well as meals for children and youth who take part in the charity’s weekly programs. Hundreds of local children participate in these programs, where they also receive the support and guidance of adult mentors.
This incredible charity also offers children the summer camp experience at three beautiful locations: Brightwood Ranch (for Edmonton area children), Camp Hope (Calgary and Red Deer), and Bethany Homes (Wetaskiwin). These affordable camps provide kids in the local community with the chance to take part in activities such as horseback riding, gardening, sports, climbing, and more, providing those less fortunate with the opportunity to enjoy and experience the same activities our children have enjoyed.
The Hope Mission organization is always graciously welcoming of donations to support the work that they do. If you too would like to make a difference by helping out, please contact their team by visiting their website, or simply make a one-time or a recurring donation. All donations made go towards the programs described above.
If you would like to know more about our involvement with Hope Mission, or if you have a local charity project or event you require sponsorship for, please get in touch by calling us on (403) 264 5556. One of our friendly A. Clark team members will be in touch with you shortly.
